I'm still enjoying the nice warm weather. Until it gets hot enough that long walks with backpacks become uncomfortable, I think I'm going to hoof it home from school pretty frequently. It takes 30-40 minutes, but it's nice to be outside.

Found an interesting article about Kit Kat sales woes in the UK. Apparently they introduced a lot of new flavors there recently in an effort to expand interest in the brand, but it totally backfired, and they suffered a huge loss ( Read more... )

Yesterday I went on a big three-store multi-hour clothes shopping trip. It was really unexciting, but at least I got a bunch of clothing out of it. I spent nearly $300, which seems to me like an absurd amount to spend in one day on anything without transistors, but probably a lot of people wouldn't bat an eye at it. I'm going to go to a concert this weekend! I've only been to... I guess three concerts by professional music acts. I saw Jewel twice, and the Indigo Girls once. Back around Valentine's Day, hooper_x informed me that there were mini cherry Kit Kats being sold, so I went out and got a bag of those. Also, windchaser reported that she had found strawberry and cream Kit Kats over in Sweden! So she sent me a bunch of them. Excitement!
